SHIPPING / RETURNS / ORDER INFORMATION
Items ordered and paid for will usually ship out after 3-10 business days, however, we are a small business and make everything by hand- your patience is appreciated! We primarily ship via UPS and USPS. Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an automatic email notification with tracking information.
We currently ship to the US and Canada and hope to extend to other countries in the future. If Customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for custom charges. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they have been shipped.
If you have any problems with your order (i.e. package not received, shipping confirmation email not received, items not as ordered, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We do our absolute best to keep our customers happy and will work hard to resolve any issues that may come up.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Please keep in mind that our products are handmade, and with locally sourced reclaimed wood. All wood grain, color, texture, etc. will vary from the images on our website, and sometimes we may produce a less than piece (the nature of handmade goods!). If you are not happy with your product, we want to make it right. We offer replacement or shop credit. Please email us at email@example.com with your concerns.
Please note that Alibi Interiors is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns & exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to Alibi Interiors.
We offer secure online ordering and accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Sales tax is required on orders shipped within California at our local tax rate.
